Requests from Project Owners

Q.The project owner wants me to have more coverage than I currently have … can I increase my coverage?
A.
Contact your servicing broker as soon as possible. An "Increased Limits" form will need to be signed before the increase in coverage can take effect. Increases in coverage are charged on an "annual premium" basis, meaning that there is no pro-rated reduction in cost.

Q. The project owner wants a 30-day cancellation clause. Is this possible?
A.
Sovereign has agreed to review these requests on a case-by-case basis. The standard terms of your policy provide for 15 days notice by registered mail for cancellation for non-payment.
